The Oliver Ravoire name honors the epic of Capitan Ravoire, a knight in the Comtat Venaissin in 1593. The Ravoire family wanted to highlight the family history with this compilation of different vineyards in the Saint-Joseph appellation. In fact, over their family of wines, each bears the name of a term from the lexicon of chivalry.
