Medium copper-pale salmon color; red berries, strawberries, tropical fruit on subtle nose; strawberry, cherry cola, watermelon on simple, pleasing palate.
Off-dry, with significant fruity sweetness; very smooth in the mouth; no tannic and medium acidity. Fruit forward, with some tartness. The attraction comes forcefully in the initial attack, then fades fairly quickly in the finish. No problem, this does what sipper rosés are built to do. Blend of cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc.13% ABV

While Biltmore is a winery, it mostly shines as a destination. The Vanderbilt mansion—one of the largest, maybe the largest, home in America—is amazing display of Gilded Age excess. This is one of those places that can treat you so many different ways you will have to like at least one of them. There are kid-friendly elements, restaurants, horse tours, spas, shops.
